Day #2
Breakfast 8:00am
Apple Turnover (I guess I should have microwaved it a bit - because it was dry and cardboard like - a few seconds in the molecule stirrer would have helped.
I also had a 1/2 cup of coffee because I felt a little drowsy.
I guess the added energy of the coffee boosted me and I find myself hungry - so I'm having a Granny Smith Apple at 8:57am and will skip my 10:00 snack.
Lunch 2:00
Had the Chicken Tortellini after having a salad at Subway - the salad consisted of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, green peppers, cucumbers, black olives, and pickles, no dressing but salt and pepper.
I had the Blueberry Lemon bar for dessert. Yummy!
Dinner: 4:00
I'm planning to have dinner early as I am going to the Vancouver/Nashville game tonight!
I'll have the Oriental Style Steak with Green Peppers and Noodle and bringing my...
Snack: 6:00
Honey Mustard Pretzels to the game with me. May have a beer or two when there.
