Well, I went to the game last night and the Canucks lost 4 - 2 - although this has nothing to do with my diet I did have some beer last night. So, I skipped my Dinner Snack. I'll skip it again today as well as any extras - just eat the supplied NutriSystem food today. Maybe some veggies if I get hungry.
So for today we have -
Breakfast: 8:00am
Cranberry Granola Bar
Morning Snack: 10:00am
1 apple
Lunch: 1:00pm
Cheesy Homestyle Potatoes
And added some mixed greens and grape tomatoes
Afternoon Snack: 3:00pm
Nacho Crisps
Dinner: 5:00pm
Teriyaki Style Beef and Noodles
And added some greens and tomatoes with 1 ounce salad dressing
Dessert: 7:00pm
Chocolate Brownie
